Need to backpedal

Now that Bridgette has taught me how to blog again, i guess i either use it. Or lose it.

Memory hasn't been too good.

Since I'll turn 50 this year, can i expect the memory to get any better?

Or the hearing to improve?

Or the eyesight?

It's downhill all the way I guess. Old age. Sickness. And death.

Or maybe I can backpedal somehow?

Restoring health? Innocence? Or will it just result in looking like orang tua tak sedar diri?

Suddenly, this comes to mind: "Aperges me"

(Am just wondering how one pastes Youtube links on one's blog. Anyway will ask Brigette later)

As an orang tua nostalgic, this was a picture from like eight years ago, at the Ipoh Railway Station Hotel - the Naga folks and I were there for Mun Yew's wedding. Wish i could backpedal to the older simpler days)

Enough of orang tua ranting for the day. (In case anybody even reads this, this is just practice blogging for somebody who is trying to relearn)

Shall i pedal again?

Since 2009, I haven't posted anything.

Bridget Hong helped me restart this - yay!

And simply to post something - here's my camouflage underwear - which Yasmin is wearing over her jeans. Circa 1990.

Shall I change this blog's name to Sri Pedalling instead?

Hmmm ... i'm not good at this at all. Nobody has visited my blog. Guess i haven't got the right postings, nor any half decent pictures or articles. Will changing the name to Sri Pedalling make it more accessible? Anybody out therrrrrrrre? : )

We should cycle to work

There's so much talk about global warming etc etc. About reducing carbon emission yadda yadda. But is anybody cycling to work? Let's start with Petaling Jaya. Are there any individuals out there who would like to cycle to work from Petaling Jaya to KL?

Obviously we need a group to lobby the authorities to make it safer for cyclists, considering the potholes, the crime rate, the lack of cyling paths.

But besides kacauing the authorities, we need to get off our butts ourselves.

We need critical mass to start. Interested parties, just leave a comment.
